Scan & Go
Scanning items yourself as you shop, then paying from your phone without joining a queue.
In a participating store you start a basket, scan each item's barcode with your camera and see a running total. When you are finished you pay from your phone.
At the door you show an exit code. Staff can check a sample of items, and any correction produces a refund you can follow from request to completion.
