Tap to pay
Paying by holding your phone or card against a terminal.
Tap to pay uses the contactless chip in your phone, card or wearable. You hold it near the terminal and the payment completes in about a second.
If you tap on a terminal belonging to a business that is not yet on gFinOS, the business is recognised from its terminal registration and the payment still completes immediately.
Also called: nfc, contactless, tap, tap my phone.
