- Account data such as balances, wallets, transactions, and settlement instructions.
- Device & usage data such as IP address, browser, and interaction logs used for fraud prevention.
- Communications you send to support or through in-app messaging.
2. How we use it
- Operating your account, processing payments, and settling funds.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and abuse.
- Complying with KYC, AML, tax, and reporting obligations.
- Improving reliability and product features.
3. Sharing
We share information with regulated payment partners (for bank/card processing), tax and revenue authorities where required by law, and vetted service providers under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell personal information.
4. International transfers
gFinOS operates globally. Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and audited. Sensitive actions require multi-factor authentication where enabled.
6. Retention
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations (typically 5–10 years) after account closure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to certain processing. Request these through the Help Center or your account settings.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to prevent fraud. Optional analytics cookies help us improve reliability. You can adjust preferences in your browser at any time.
9. Children
gFinOS is not directed at children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
